Groups drift into chaos by default
Announcements sink under chatter, questions go unanswered, and every new cohort means rebuilding the same topics and flipping the same switches by hand.
| Task | By hand | With the bot |
|---|---|---|
| A new group or cohort | Recreate every topic, one by one | Apply the same structure in one step |
| Member permissions | Flip up to 18 switches in each group | Set once in the structure, applied everywhere |
| The welcome message | Write it, post it, remember to pin it | Posted and pinned in the right topic |
| Closing a thread after an event | Someone has to remember | Close, reopen or hide it from the bot |
| Knowing what changed | No record | A receipt for every action |
How it works
Build your structure
In the builder, list your topics, pick icons, set member permissions and write the welcome message. Start blank or from a template.
Send it to the bot
Tap “Send to bot”. Telegram opens with your structure attached — pick the group. Add the bot to it as an admin if you haven’t yet.
The bot applies it
It creates the topics, sets permissions and pins your messages, then sends you a receipt of exactly what changed.
- Created topic “Announcements”, closed to members
- Created topic “Questions & help”
- Pinned the welcome message in “General”
- Members can no longer send polls
What the bot takes care of
- Topics
- Creates, renames, closes, reopens and hides forum topics, each with its own icon.
- Member permissions
- Eighteen switches — messages, media, polls, links, invites, topic management — set for every group from one place.
- Welcome and pinned messages
- Posts and pins formatted messages in the right topic, so newcomers know the rules and where to write.
- Receipts
- After every action you get a plain-language summary of what changed. Choose Full, Compact or Silent.
- Safe by default
- Anything destructive asks you to confirm first. The bot only does what your structure says.
Start from a template
Each template is a complete structure. Open it in the builder, change what you like, then send it.
- Outdoor Event / GatheringAn outdoor event chat with equipment rental, directions, reviews, and organizational info topics.
- Development TeamA software development team chat with topics for backend, frontend, code reviews, DevOps, and standup notes.
- Community ClubA hobby community chat with events, marketplace, introductions, and resource sharing topics.
- Study GroupA university study group chat with topics for lectures, assignments, exam prep, and resource sharing.

Questions
What does the bot actually do?
You describe the structure your group should have — topics, who can post where, welcome messages, when threads close. The bot creates that structure inside Telegram, keeps it in place, and reports every change it makes.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You build everything in the visual builder by clicking and typing, then tap “Send to bot”. The structure file it produces is readable YAML, if you ever want to look.
Is it free?
Yes. The free plan includes a fixed number of actions a month, enough for a small or quiet group. Pro raises the monthly allowance for busier communities.
Is it safe to make the bot an admin?
The bot only does what your structure says. Anything destructive asks for confirmation first, and you get a plain-language receipt of every change.
Which languages are supported?
The bot speaks English and Russian. The builder and this site are available in English, Russian and Spanish.
Who is it for?
Anyone running an active Telegram group that is getting hard to keep tidy: community and club organisers, course and cohort hosts, event teams, and small businesses running customer chats.
