This Privacy Policy explains what information Chat Structure Helper ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and Telegram bot, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or the bot you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Chat Structure Helper is a Telegram bot and web tool that helps you design and maintain the structure of Telegram supergroups. You can reach us at the contact below with any questions about your data.
2. Information we collect
- Telegram account data — when you use the bot, Telegram provides your user ID, username and the chats where the bot is an admin. We use this only to operate the service.
- Structure and usage data — the group structures you create, the actions the bot performs, and usage counters used for billing and plan limits.
- Website analytics — only if you accept cookies: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks on key buttons (for example “Open the bot”), collected with Google Analytics 4.
- Request logs — our server records each request to the website: the page address (without query parameters), time, status, browser type, referring page and a shortened IP address with its last part removed, so it cannot identify you. We keep these logs for up to 30 days to keep the site secure and fix errors.
- Builder drafts — what you type in the structure builder is saved only in your own browser, so a reload does not lose your work. It is sent to us only if you tap “Send to bot”.
- Structures you send to the bot — when you tap “Send to bot”, the structure is sent to our bot and kept for up to 30 minutes under a one-time link. Opening the link in Telegram hands it to the bot and deletes the copy; unused links expire on their own.
3. Cookies and analytics
Our website loads analytics only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no Google script is loaded; Google Consent Mode keeps tags disabled by default. Declining is as easy as accepting, and pressing Esc also declines.
We remember your choice for six months, then ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the footer, or by clearing your browser storage.

Legal basis
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — website analytics. You can withdraw it at any time.
- Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — operating the bot and applying the structures you configure.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — request logs and abuse prevention, which keep the service secure.
4. How we use your information
- To provide and operate the bot and website;
- To apply and maintain the group structures you configure;
- To meter usage and manage free and paid plans;
- To improve the product using aggregated, anonymous analytics;
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
5. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the service — including Telegram (to operate the bot), Google (analytics, only with your consent), and our hosting and payment providers — and only as needed to deliver the service or comply with the law.
To stop automated abuse of “Send to bot”, the builder runs Cloudflare Turnstile — only when you tap that button. Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser to tell people from bots, on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
6. Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations. When you disconnect a group or remove your data, we delete the associated records within a reasonable period.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time. You can remove your data through the bot's settings, or contact us to make a request.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be announced through the bot or the website.
